1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Invoxa at invoxa.co, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.
2. Description of Service
Invoxa is a cloud-based billing, invoicing, and inventory management platform ("Service") designed for Indian businesses including retail shops, restaurants, and salons. The Service includes:
- GST-compliant billing and invoice generation.
- Product and inventory management.
- Multi-shop management with staff role-based access.
- Business reports and analytics.
- Subscription management via online payments.
3. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
4. Subscription Plans and Payments
- Free Plan: Limited to 1 shop, 20 products, and 50 bills per month for a 30-day trial period.
- Starter Plan: ₹299/month - 1 shop, 100 products, and 200 bills per month.
- Basic Plan: ₹699/month - Up to 3 shops with unlimited products and billing.
- Pro Plan: ₹1,499/month - Unlimited shops, products, and billing with priority support.
- Yearly subscription plans are available at discounted rates.
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST).
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to existing subscribers.
5. Subscription Renewal and Expiry
- Subscriptions must be renewed before the expiry date to maintain full access.
- When a paid subscription expires, your account enters read-only mode - you can view existing data but cannot create new bills, products, or shops until you renew.
- Your data is retained for 90 days after subscription expiry. After 90 days, we reserve the right to delete inactive account data.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
- Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code.
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent invoices or engage in tax evasion.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without written consent.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to access the platform beyond normal use.
7. Data Ownership
- You retain full ownership of your business data (invoices, products, customer records) created on the platform.
- You can export your data at any time through the available export features (CSV, PDF).
- We do not claim ownership over your business data.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control (internet outages, server failures, etc.).
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Invoxa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the last 12 months.
- We are not responsible for the accuracy of GST calculations - you should verify all tax calculations independently.
10. Termination
- You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
- Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email.
